The LHD Process

Research includes gathering and analyzing primary and secondary research to identify the state of the marketplace and the state of your brand. Understanding your company’s history, key stakeholders, goals and objectives is imperative. Lindsay Hill Design will help identify business opportunities and find results-driven marketing solutions. In addition, we will help identify marketing media that are appropriate for your business and that work in an integrated manner.

Strategy involves thinking at a higher level about your overall business objectives and identifying your specific marketing objectives for each campaign and creative execution. A strategy is a plan of action designed to achieve a particular goal. Strategy deals with the “how” rather than the “what.” Lindsay Hill Design will make sure that your marketing strategy is well thought out and the expected results will justify the amount of time and effort put into the campaign. In the Design Strategy and Design Synthesis phase, LHD will develop an understanding of the design opportunity that exists. Our Team

Lindsay Hill

PRINCIPAL + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

For over 28 years, Lindsay has produced award-winning creative solutions for a wide variety of corporate, nonprofit, and public sector clients. Her talent and expertise lie in her ability to portray a client’s corporate culture in a concise, yet creative style. Lindsay earned a BS from the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, with a Fine Arts minor. She is one of three founding professional mentors for the Massachusetts College of Art & Design Continuing Education Program.

Becky Jeeves

STUDIO MANAGER

Becky joins us from the U.K where she worked as a Marketing Manager for Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers – helping to promote book and journal portfolios. Her love of travel and passion for engaging in demanding and challenging environments led her to Lindsey Hill Design where she enjoys working alongside a team of highly talented individuals. Becky is also studying for a Marketing Management Graduate Certificate at Harvard Extension School. She is an aspiring wordsmith and enjoys proof reading and copy editing.

Deirdre Offenheiser

GRAPHIC & ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGNER

After graduating from Wellesley College in 2011 with a degree in Political Science, Deirdre spent time in different creative industries. Through a period of working for fine art craftspeople, and galleries, she began focusing on design. Deirdre is a graduate of Mass Art’s Graphic Design Certificate Program.

Erin McDonough

GRAPHIC & ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGNER

Erin is a Boston based designer with a passion for branding and package design. She graduated from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a degree in Marketing. During her time at the University of Maryland, she participated in the Design and Innovation in Marketing Fellows Program in where she learned the importance of a concept-driven brand to a business’s success. Erin fell in love with branding and knew she wanted to continue her education in the field of design. She went on to complete a Graphic Design Certificate at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston.

Hailey Vasas

GRAPHIC & ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGNER

A graduate from Lesley University College of Art + Design, Hailey is a detail oriented designer who is motivated by the joy of craft, storytelling through brands, and drawing inspiration from her natural surroundings. She applies these elements to her process, which is heavily influenced by the authenticity of the human hand. She is passionate about branding, packaging design, typography, and the lost art of letterpress printing. When she is not busy creating her next design, she is probably at a concert, finding her next mountain peak to climb, or continuing her ongoing search for the most delicious cup of coffee.
